HAPPY BIRTHDAY

What a dude, artist and musician. So today there is a memorial show for Mike Larsen, the soul encompassing Eyedea, a truly great artist who lived outside the box of what a lot of the world strives for on the daily grind. The memorial show is taking place at First Avenue, in Minneapolis. Of course, I myself live no where near this venue, but anyone else who does should throw down $20 to be apart of the shindig. Today is Michael's birthday as well.

I just want to raise awareness of individuals who exist like this in the world. I know there are probably millions of awesome people out there who try to be real and represent what's real, what's good, what's positive, and work towards their own spiritual, creative goal on a quest for contentment. I have met a few people in this lifetime who exist on that energy plane, that level. They should be exposed because they are holding gifts some people need to feed on. We all want to get there too, it's true.


I read somewhere he said he couldn't give a shit where he lives...as long as he has his little studio there to go to..some people need a lot more than that..it's not what you have, maybe it's how you use it..

The road to happiness is not other people or money or whatever. It's exposing who you really are, being honest. Fuck it, why hide?
